This policy explains how LLSys (“LLSys”, “we”) handles personal information on llsys.app and when you buy or use our apps. Each app also has its own privacy policy with the details of what that app collects: Wrapmator and Klinvi.
01This website
llsys.app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
02When you use the contact form
We store what you send — your name, e-mail, the phone and business name if you add them, what you need, the language you prefer and your message — in our database, hosted by Supabase, so we can answer you and follow up.
To block spam, we keep a one-way, unreadable fingerprint of your connection for up to 24 hours. We never store your IP address itself.
03When you pay for an app
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us what we need to manage your subscription, such as your name, email, billing address, card brand, the last four digits of the card and the payment status. 04Inside our apps
Each app stores what it needs to run your account and the service, such as your account details and the information you enter. Our apps may also record what kind of device and system they’re used on, and an approximate location (city or region) based on your connection, to keep accounts secure and improve the service. Each app’s privacy policy has the details.

06Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Services (such as hosting, databases and payments), when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, with notice to you.
07How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and you can ask us to delete your messages at any time. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
08Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, through our contact form. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights; we will honor them as the law requires and won’t treat you differently for using them.
09Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and established providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you about a breach that affects you, as the law requires.
10Children
Our Services are made for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
11Changes to this policy
We will post any update on this page with a new date, and tell you about significant changes.
