We want billing to be simple and fair. This policy applies to every paid LLSys app. If an app shows a more generous rule inside it, that rule applies.
01Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, every month), at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
02How to cancel
Cancel anytime from the billing or account settings inside the app, or through our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep full access until then, and you won’t be charged again.
03Free trials
If an app offers a free trial, its length is shown before you start. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
04Refunds
A payment covers the billing period it’s for, so we don’t refund the unused part of a period after you cancel.
We always refund charges made by mistake, duplicate charges, and renewals charged after you asked us to cancel.
05Digital files
One-time purchases of digital files, such as Wrapmator’s EPS blueprint files, are final once the file has been downloaded, unless the file is defective or wasn’t delivered.
06How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
07A charge you don’t recognize?
Our charges appear as LLSYS* followed by the app name. If you see one you don’t recognize, contact us first through our contact form: we can usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
