01The Services

LLSys builds and runs software for small businesses. Each app is described on llsys.app and on its own website. An app may show additional terms inside it; where they conflict with these Terms, the app’s terms apply to that app.

02Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you sign up. Keep your login details secure: you are responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone used your account without permission, tell us right away through our contact form.

03Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period shown before you buy (for example, monthly). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at each renewal. Charges appear on your card statement as LLSYS* followed by the app name.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause paid features until it succeeds. If we change a price, we will tell you before it takes effect, and the new price applies from your next billing period.

04Free trials and free plans

Some apps offer a free trial or a limited free plan. The length and conditions of a trial are shown before it starts; if you cancel before it ends, you won’t be charged. We may change or end free plans with reasonable notice.

05Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

06Your data

You keep ownership of the content and data you put into the Services. You allow us to host, process and display it only as needed to run the Services for you. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and in each app’s privacy policy.

07Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Services. For example, don’t break the law, infringe other people’s rights, send spam, try to access accounts or systems that aren’t yours, upload malicious code or disrupt the Services. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we can’t promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we shut down a paid app, we will give notice in advance and refund any prepaid period you haven’t used.

09Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LLSys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for that Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11Ending these Terms

You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if the law requires it.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or inside the app before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
